Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Style Pale Ale poured a clear, golden-yellow int the glass, with mild carbonation trailing to a short lived white head. The nose was very mild, with really earthy and mild herbality from light hopping.

Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Style Pale Ale is fairly under-hopped for a US-style pale ale, but isn’t without its charm. It lacked body, and the weird emphasis on minerals and herbs made it taste closer to a tonic at times than an ale, but it was refreshing and showed no signs of its moderate 5.8 ABV.
