Canadian brewer Whistler Brewing Company, in particular their Whistler Brewing Premium Export Lager, is the beer du jour.
Whistler Brewing Premium Export Lager poured a transparent yellow-orange with slight trails of bubbles and formed a clumpy white head. The nose caught me off guard, with a dominating smell of flour and corn tortillas.
Whistler Brewing Premium Export Lager greeted my palette with a smooth lime front, kind of flat, with a funky, whole wheat and malt finish. Very two dimensional and no real outstanding characteristics.
