Unibroue La Fin du Monde Triple Fermentation Golden Ale

You have to love the brewers of Unibroue and their fascination with all  things apocalyptic, so let’s see what they imagine the end of the world will taste like and pour Unibroue La Fin du Monde Triple Fermentation Golden Ale
.
Unibroue La Fin du Monde Triple Fermentation Golden Ale poured a carbonated straw-yellow into the glass, it’s bright white head foaming up then quickly settling into a sticky lacing on the sides.   The nose was full of malt, funky yeast, and a peppery banana-clove aroma.

Unibroue La Fin du Monde Triple Fermentation Golden Ale opened with fruit esters and big Belgian yeast notes.  The golden ale settled into a dry, biscuity malt center to compliment the lingering sweetness of the fruity opening before a long, lemony citrus fade that cleaned off the palette.

Unibroue La Fin du Monde Triple Fermentation Golden Ale drinks easy for its high ABV and manages to avoid getting too malty.
