Lost Coast Great White Beer

Lost Coast Great White Beer poured a bright, nearly fluorescent yellow into the glass with heavy curtains of carbonation pushing through copious suspended particles to a bright white, short lived head.  The nose was dominated by lemon and coriander.

Lost Coast Great White Beer opened bright and lemony, with moderate carbonation in the mouth and subtle hints of sweet tea that rapidly took on coriander and slight yeast notes.  The fade was short and crisp, with a slight bitterness as it faded.

Lost Coast Great White Beer is a strange animal; highly drinkable and straddling the line between a pale ale and a hefeweizen.
